Terms of Service – ShredScore

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ShredScore (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ShredScore is an AI-powered snowboard coaching app that analyzes videos of your snowboarding to provide trick classification, form scoring, and coaching feedback. The service includes:

Video upload and AI-powered analysis
Trick classification and form scoring
Personalized coaching mantras
Achievement badges and progression tracking

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with Apple to use ShredScore. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

ShredScore offers a free trial (one video analysis). After the trial, a subscription is required:

Monthly: $14.99/month
Annual: $99.99/year

Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all videos you upload. By uploading a video, you grant ShredScore a limited license to process the video for analysis purposes only. Videos are not shared with other users or third parties. You may delete your videos at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others’ rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any purpose other than personal snowboard coaching
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s infrastructure

7. AI Analysis Disclaimer

ShredScore’s AI analysis is provided for informational and coaching purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional instruction. Snowboarding carries inherent risks. Always ride within your ability level and wear appropriate safety equipment. ShredScore is not liable for injuries sustained while snowboarding.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShredScore is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App’s settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.
